1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using RateMyFit (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. RateMyFit is operated by an individual based in India and is available at ratemyfit.net.

2. Description of Service

RateMyFit is an AI-powered outfit rating service. You upload photos of your outfits and receive AI-generated scores, style feedback, and suggestions. The analysis is performed using Google Gemini AI and is intended for entertainment and personal style improvement purposes only.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Upload content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or violates the rights of others.

Upload photos of other people without their consent.

Upload nudity or sexually explicit content.

Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service.

Use automated tools or bots to access the Service.

Circumvent rate limits or abuse the free tier.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all photos you upload. By uploading a photo, you grant RateMyFit a limited, non-exclusive license to process the image through our AI analysis pipeline for the sole purpose of providing you with outfit feedback. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use your photos for any other purpose.

6. AI-Generated Content

The outfit scores, feedback, and suggestions provided by RateMyFit are generated by artificial intelligence. These are for entertainment and personal reference only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any AI-generated analysis. Fashion is subjective, and our AI ratings should not be considered professional styling advice.

7. Rate Limits

The free tier includes a daily limit on the number of outfit analyses. This limit may change at our discretion. Attempting to circumvent rate limits may result in account suspension.

8. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon deletion, all your personal data, uploaded photos, and analysis history will be permanently removed within 30 days. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. RateMyFit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us (if any).

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
